Free Images to PDF

Combine JPG, PNG and WebP images into one PDF, arrange the pages, pick A4 or Letter and download it free — all inside your browser. Combining scanned pages or phone photos into one PDF makes it easier to upload documents to forms that accept a single file.

How to use Images to PDF: 1. Add your photos or scans, 2. Arrange the pages, 3. Choose page settings, 4. Create the PDF.

How to make one PDF from photos of your documents

    1. Photograph each page flat, in daylight, with the whole page inside the frame and no fingers or shadows on it.
    2. Add the photos above and arrange them in the order the reader expects — for example, marksheets from Class 10 upwards, or all pages of an experience letter together.
    3. Choose A4 for most offices and portals (Letter for the US and Canada), keep orientation on Auto, and use a small margin so nothing gets cut when printed.
    4. Give the file a clear name such as “YourName-Certificates”, create the PDF and open it once to check every page.

Keeping the PDF small enough to upload

Job portals, HR onboarding forms and email often cap attachments. Big phone photos are scaled down automatically, but a few habits help:

    • Crop out table tops and backgrounds before adding the photo.
    • Prefer JPG photos over PNG screenshots for scanned pages.
    • If the portal has a strict limit, split the documents into two PDFs.

Need a single photo at an exact size or KB instead? Use the photo resizer. To join PDFs you already have, try merge PDF, or see all free tools.

    Worked example

Phone photos of mark sheets into one PDF

    What goes in

Images: Class X, Class XII and degree mark sheets, 3 JPG photos Page size: A4 Form: accepts one PDF for all academic documents

    What you get

The three photos are put in order, degree last, and turned into a three-page A4 PDF, which matches the paper size used in India and prints without odd margins. Each page is the photo scaled to fit, so pictures taken straight on, in good light and without fingers in frame, come out best. The PDF is built inside the browser, so the mark sheets are never uploaded to a server. If the file is too large for the form, the compress PDF tool can shrink it next.

    Common mistakes

    • Photographing documents at an angle or in shadow, so pages look skewed and some text is hard to read in the final PDF.
    • Choosing Letter size for an Indian or Gulf form, which prints with uneven margins on A4 paper.
    • Uploading the images in the order they were taken rather than the order the form asks for, which makes the reviewer hunt for each document.

When to use it: Use images to PDF when you have photos or scans and need one PDF; if you already have several PDFs, use merge PDF instead.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Yes. Add the JPG or PNG photos from your gallery, put them in the right order and create the PDF. Phone photos are turned the right way up and very large ones are scaled down, so the file stays small enough to email or upload to a portal.

Each image in the list becomes one page, from top to bottom. Use the Up and Down buttons next to a thumbnail to move it, or Remove to drop it. You can add more images at any time and they join the end of the list.

Photos longer than 2500 pixels on one side, and WebP images, are redrawn as JPG at good quality to keep the PDF light. Smaller JPG and PNG files are placed as they are, so a PDF of many PNG screenshots can still be large.

No. The PDF is built by a script running in your own browser, and the images are read straight from your device. Nothing is sent to our servers, and closing the tab clears everything. It is free to use as often as you need.
