How our content is written and checked
- Written page by page. Each guide, example and profession page is written for that page and stored with the site. Nothing is generated automatically when you open a page.
- No made-up numbers or reviews. We do not show invented ratings, testimonials or member counts. Where a page shows a number about the site, it is counted from live data, or it is left out.
- Official sources for rules. Country resume and cover letter guides, and some interview pages, list the official sources they rely on in a “Sources and last review” box. The country guides were last checked against their sources on . Rules change, so the box also asks you to check the source itself before you apply or pay for anything.
- Named reviewers only when they are real. We do not currently list outside expert reviewers. If a qualified person reviews a page, their name, credentials and review date will appear on that page — never before.
- Dates you can see. Many guide and tool pages show the date they were last updated, so you can judge how fresh the advice is.
- Not professional advice. Guides on resumes, interviews, letters and salaries are general information. For legal, tax, immigration or medical questions, check with a qualified professional or the official body.

How we make money
- Paid website plans. Our income comes from members who pay for a website plan. Paid plans add your own /username address, the option to connect a custom domain and the other features listed on the pricing page. See plans and prices
- A free plan. You can build and publish a site without paying. Free sites live at a shareable link and carry a small “Made with” badge.
- Free tools stay free. The free tools and guides are free to use. We hope some people who find them useful later choose a website plan, but using a tool never commits you to anything.
- No ads, and we do not sell your data. There is no advertising on the site, and as our privacy policy says, we do not sell your personal data.
