About the Akshara design
Akshara is a birch-bark ledger page for Sanskrit educators. The background is a warm cream, with saffron and burnt-gold accents and fonts chosen for Devanagari: Eczar and Martel sit beside Plus Jakarta Sans for English text. The hero places a Sanskrit verse over an animated mandala with sadhana counters, then a preface introduces you. Experience runs along a mala-thread timeline, skills appear as sutras, and a recruiter ledger closes the page. Education, certifications, awards, testimonials, a visual archive and a blog are optional.
Design highlights
- Hero with a Sanskrit shloka and a slowly turning mandala behind your counters
- Devanagari-friendly fonts, so verses and terms render cleanly in both scripts
- Mala-thread timeline that strings each teaching post like a bead
- Recruiter ledger listing subjects, boards and availability in a compact table
