Project manager headlines compete with thousands of profiles that all say “PMP” and “Agile”. What separates the shortlisted ones is the industry, the delivery model and the size of the work: team strength, budget band or number of sites. Recruiters in IT services, construction and infrastructure each look for different signals.

Written by the DigitalCVMaker team for project managers applying in India. Every example is original — none is copied from a real person’s profile — and each is built around what employers and clients in this field look for: the role, a specialism, and proof you can back up. We revise the page when that changes; the date at the top shows the last update.
These are examples to adapt, not real people. Swap in your own numbers, specialisation, city and achievements — it only works when every word is true for you.
For IT services, consulting and many global capability centres, yes, because recruiters filter on it. In construction or manufacturing it matters less than project scale and planning software such as Primavera. If you do not hold PMP yet, leave it out rather than writing “PMP aspirant”.
A budget band can help when it is accurate and you were actually accountable for it, such as “projects up to ₹15 crore”. Do not quote the total contract value of a programme you only supported. Interviewers often ask how you tracked cost, so be ready to explain.
