Interview guarantee

If you buy a paid plan of 3 months or longer, publish your website, use it when you apply for jobs, and get no interview calls in 60 days, we will add 3 months to your plan for free. Here is exactly how it works.

These terms were last updated on 1 October 2026.

1. What we promise

If you meet every condition below and do not get a single interview call within 60 days, we will add 3 months to your current plan at no cost.

This is a plan extension, not a refund. We do not pay out cash, and we do not promise that you will get a job.

2. Who can use it

  • Members on a paid plan that lasts 3 months or longer (for example a quarterly or yearly plan).
  • Free plans, free trials, plans paid for entirely with a discount code, and lifetime plans are not included.
  • One extension per account, ever — even if you buy more plans later.

3. What you need to do

  • Publish your website within 14 days of buying your plan.
  • Keep it published for the whole 60 days.
  • Make your profile reasonably complete: your real name, a photo of you, a short "about" section in your own words, a way to contact you (email or phone), and at least one job, role or project.
  • Share your website link in the job applications you send (for example in your CV, cover letter, application form or email). We will ask you to confirm this and to list a few of those applications.

4. How the 60 days are counted

The 60 days start on the day your plan starts, or on the day you first publish your website if that is later.

You can claim from day 60, and you must send your claim within 14 days after day 60. Claims sent later cannot be accepted.

5. What counts as an interview call

Any invitation to an interview from an employer or a recruiter, for a role you applied to — by phone, video or in person. A screening call to schedule or start an interview counts too.

If you received even one interview call during the 60 days, the guarantee does not apply.

6. How to claim

Log in and open the claim form: Interview guarantee claim. The form shows your plan, when your site was published and the date you can claim from.

Tell us how many jobs you applied to and give 1 to 5 examples (company, role and date, or a link to the job). Then confirm the statements on the form.

We review every claim by hand and usually reply within a few working days. You can have one open claim at a time.

7. Proof we may ask for

We may ask for reasonable proof, such as a screenshot of an application or a confirmation email from a job site. We will never ask for passwords. If a claim is not honest, or the conditions above are not met, we may turn it down.

8. What happens when a claim is approved

We add 3 months to the end date of your current plan and email you to confirm. Your plan keeps all its features during the extra time. The extension has no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms or stop offering the guarantee for new purchases. Changes do not affect a plan you already bought: the terms that applied on the day you bought it still apply.
