Routes to roadworthiness, drivers to GPS, safety drills to parent comms — the whole transport operation.
Nothing about school transport is allowed to be 'mostly fine'. A bus is a classroom on wheels carrying the school's most precious cargo through the least controllable environment there is — traffic. So safety can't be a slogan on the side of the bus; it has to be a routine that runs whether anyone's watching or not. Daily checks, trained drivers, live tracking, and a plan for every 'what if'. Run four fulfilment warehouses and 22 last-mile hubs across central and eastern Uttar Pradesh. Lowered cost per shipment by redesigning hub routes and moving sorting to two central nodes.
Ran a 200,000 sq ft warehouse for consumer goods clients with 180 staff across shifts. Cut inventory mismatches through cycle counting and better bin labelling.
Managed hub operations for inbound and outbound shipments, including manpower and vehicle scheduling. Reduced misroutes by introducing scan checks before vehicle loading.
