Accountancy to economics, exams to department leadership — the full commerce stream under one HOD.
Commerce is taught as four unrelated subjects — accounts here, economics there — and students never see that they're one story about how money and organisations actually work. I teach the stream as a system: a balance sheet, a market, a business decision and an economic force are the same reality seen from four angles. Once students feel that unity, each subject reinforces the others, and the marks look after themselves. Leading the department, I ask the same of every teacher on my team.

Posted daily cash and bank entries and handled petty cash with voucher approvals. Prepared e-way bills and GST invoices for interstate dispatches.
